Labor Doula Package

Your birth planning session with personalized digital plan plus two additional doula prenatal visits; labor coaching and pain management support; personal advocacy; and gentle healing aid in recovery.

Postpartum Doula Package

Our postpartum package includes the basic holistic and intrinsic needs of all women. These 6 week bundles include 1 - 2 visits per week; we can help with breastfeeding, lite household chores, caring for baby, we can engage in lite activity, journaling, and we can provide simple hearty meals; all based on your needs.
