Labor Doula Package

Our labor doula package strives to connect with our mamas through her pregnancy and guide her in labor. This package includes our birth planning session with your personalized digital birth plan plus, two additional doula prenatal visits in which we discuss any changes to your plan, how your health is going, review any resources you might need, and even labor prep. During labor you will receive coaching and pain management support; personal advocacy; and gentle healing aid in your immediate recovery phase. You will also receive one postpartum visit to follow up on how mama and baby are acclimating.

Postpartum Doula Package

Our postpartum package includes mothers’ holistic and intrinsic needs for healing during the postpartum season. Mom’s need support both physically and emotionally. We offer support for our mamas in many ways that encourage optimal healing, encourage healthy routines, and ease families into newborn life. We encourage developing a postpartum plan to best serve your needs.
